In 2008, during the 15ª edition of the Incentive Trophy, that
will take place on June 28th, 2008. ABIQUA will have the first edition
of "Quality Research in Education Award".
The Award
The Prize Research in Education Quality is a cientific way of recognizing
the Quality researches in Latin America.
1.1. Professors and university students from all
over Latin America can take part in the award;
1.2. Only one work will be awarded.
The applications
1.1. The period of enrolment is from March 5th to June 5th / 2008;
1.2. It is compulsory to fill in the Enrolment
form according to the guidelines bellow.
The works
1.1. Each candidate can sumit only one work together with the Enrolment
form;
1.2. All works must be sent to ABIQUA until June 5th / 2008;
1.3. The works must have the following items:
- Title
- Introduction
- Research Themes
- Bibliography
1.4. Enrolment form and the Work must be sent by e-mail to:

We call the attention to the importance of the
Works be written according to ABNT - Brazilian Technical Norms Association
- rules.
Only works sent until 5:30 pm of June 5th/2007
will be analised.
Selection Commitee
The selection comitee will be compound by:
1.1. President of ABIQUA
1.2. Representants of IBRAQUA
1.3. In case ofdraw the President of ABIQUA will have the final
word.
Selection Criteria
1.1. Research Abrangency
1.2. Theme Writing
1.3. Methodological Rigour
1.4. Opening of research sources
Other complementary criterium, if necessary, can
be defined by the Selection Commitee.
The Commitee has autonomy in the coice of the best work, it will
not accept any kind of plea on its decision refering its judjement,
being its conclusions of an irrevogable character.
Winner Notification
The winning work as well as its author will be notified by telephone
by the Organizing Commitee, and the result will be available on
the ABIQUA gate

Final Considerations
The mailing of Works imply the agreement with these regulations:
1.2. In the cases of ommited or doubts, they will be solved by the
Selection Commitee and ABIQUA;
1.3. There will only be first place, no other classifications;
1.4. The works sent will not be returned. They become ABIQUA's propriety
respecting the author's quotation;
1.5. ABIQUA has the right to publish the name and work of all
participants, totally or partially, in order to promote the event,
as well as publishing in books, leaflets, newspapers.
