ENCOURAGEMENT TROPHY - 18 EDITION

The 18th edition of the Incentive Award, was held on 21/Novembro/2009 at the Marriott Hotel in the city of Guarulhos / SP.
Promoted and organized by ABIQUA - Brazilian Association of Quality Incentive, the event brought together the best companies and educational institutions in Latin America.

Business Round
Opening the event was the Business Roundtable, where representatives of all participating companies were able to expose the activities developed in their companies and also exchange information with others involved, creating a network and interact in pursuit of excellence in service quality provided.

At the gala, public and private institutions received the Incentive Award, a recognition of quality work and innovation in various segments.
